Oleg Sambikin is a co-founder of Syncopate, and also acts as President and Chairman of the Board. Prior to Syncopate, Oleg was a co-founder and Board member at Innova Systems, and founder and CEO of Terabit Telecom. Oleg received his Ph.D. degree in Engineering from Moscow State Communications University.

William Verigin is a co-founder of Syncopate, and serves as Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to Syncopate, William was a co-founder and Vice President of Business Development at Innova Systems and Vice President of Business Development at Terabit Telecom. William received his M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Far-East State Technical University, and also holds an MBA degree.

Vasily Medvedev is a co-founder of Syncopate, serving as Chief Technology Officer of the company. Prior to Syncopate, Vasily was a co-founder and Board member at Innova Systems. Before that, Vasily was CTO of Terabit Telecom. Vasily received his M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Far-East State Technical University.

Dmitry Kochnev serves as Chief Operating Officer of the company. He joined Syncopate as VP Business Development in 2010 from Mail.Ru's affiliate Astrum Nival, where he served as VP Business Development since 2006. Before that Dmitry was a co-founder and held various positions in wireless gaming startup companies. Dmitry received his M.Sc. degree in Software Engineering from Saint Petersburg State University.

Aiman Seksembaeva joined Syncopate as Director of Business Development in 2010 from Mail.Ru’s affiliate Astrum Nival where she was in charge of business development for USA, Korea and Japan. Prior to that, Aiman worked in Sales in IBS and Technoserv A/S, top Russian system integrators. Aiman received a M.Sc. degree in Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics from Moscow State University.
